Mr. Qi Yue ‘ang is the founder and CEO of Phelix Energy and a clean energy practitioner with a global perspective. He has a solid academic background and forward-looking strategic thinking. Having long been dedicated to the development of photovoltaic power stations and investment in distributed energy, we have accumulated rich practical experience in the industry. During his tenure as a shareholder of an energy company, he has always firmly believed that “clean energy should be accessible to everyone”. Through innovative technologies and business models, he led his team to promote the global market implementation of intelligent photovoltaic storage solutions, and is committed to promoting sustainable development through technology.
Mr. Zhang Ruochen

Mr. Zhang Ruochen focuses on the research and development of intelligent photovoltaic technology and system architecture design, and has a solid engineering background and cross-system integration capabilities. He has been deeply involved in the development of distributed and centralized photovoltaic projects, leading the design and implementation of household photovoltaic integrated systems, intelligent central control platforms, energy storage EMS algorithms, and virtual power plant platforms. He possesses full-chain capabilities from R&D to implementation. His technical leadership has enabled Phelix to build a core product system that combines performance and flexibility.
